Basic Info

“PopAds is a fully self-service, prepaid advertising platform, specialising in CPV (pop) traffic. They reach millions of users every day, and can take users directly to your landing page(s). They can also provide very precise targeting, such as country, OS, browser, ISP, device, to name but a few.

PopAds support conversion and sub-ID tracking, which enables you to block non-performing sources and optimise for those that convert well.

PopAds accept a variety of payment options, ranging from PayPal through to bank transfer (wire), and can be flexible depending on your billing requirements. In terms of ad delivery, their system operates using a dynamic bidding model. The higher you bid, the larger your share of available impressions. You also have full control over your daily and campaign budgets.”

PopAds offer 2 types of bidding options: Legacy Bid and Smart Bid

Legacy Bid: The Legacy bidding option allows you to enter bidding with a Max Bid which you set for your campaign. If you are the highest bidder, you will be charged 10% more than the next bidder in line. However, it will never go over your Max Bid. As a result, your CPM rate will normally be less than your Max Bid multiplied by 1000.

Smart Bid: Smart Bid is based on the Legacy Bid system, however, your campaigns’ average CPM will be automatically tracked and your Max Bids adjusted accordingly. For example, if your average spend is under your Max Bid per Impression, Smart Bid will increase your Max Bid to enable you to win more auctions. This allows you to stay within your Max Bid average and win higher bid auctions.
